1. Introduction

2. Admission & Enrollment Terms

📌 Eligibility for Admission:
✅ Students must have scored 70% or above in their 10th Standard.
✅ Admission is first-come, first-served based on seat availability.
✅ Students and parents must agree to all institutional policies (academic, discipline, financial, and compliance).

📌 Admission Process:
✅ Complete the online application form.
✅ Pay the ₹25,000 registration fee (non-refundable except in eligibility failure cases).
✅ Complete document verification & confirmation of enrollment.

🚨 Admission may be revoked if any submitted document is found to be false.

3. Fee Structure & Payment Terms

📌 Annual Fee:
✅ ₹3,50,000 per annum (+ applicable GST) covers:

• PU College Fees

• NEET Coaching & Expert Sessions

• Hostel & Food Expenses

• Fitness, Yoga, & Psychological Guidance

🚨 No Discounts – Fees are uniform for all students.

📌 Payment Options:
✅ Payments can be made via:

• Debit/Credit Card

• Net Banking

• UPI Transactions

• EMI Options (3, 6, or 9 months, zero-cost EMI available)

📌 Refund & Cancellation Policy:
✅ Refund of ₹20,000 is applicable only if the student fails to meet the 70% eligibility requirement.
✅ No refunds are provided under any other circumstances.
✅ If a student chooses to leave after admission, no refund will be processed.

🚨 Once the full/first installment fee is paid, it is non-refundable under any condition.

4. Student Code of Conduct & Compliance

📌 General Conduct:
✅ Students must maintain discipline, respect, and adherence to academic structure.
✅ Students must comply with:

• No-Gadget Policy

• Compliance Monitoring System (95% adherence required for eligibility in guarantees)

• Hostel & Campus Discipline Rules

🚨 Misbehavior, non-compliance, or serious misconduct will lead to disciplinary action, including expulsion without fee refunds.

📌 Attendance & Academic Expectations:
✅ Students must maintain 100% attendance in academic sessions & assessments.
✅ Students must follow the structured study schedule, post-test learning strategies, and faculty-guided learning methodology.
✅ Skipping scheduled tests, failing to complete assignments, or violating academic discipline will impact compliance scores.

🚨 If compliance scores drop below 95%, students lose eligibility for performance-based financial benefits (550+ guarantee, fee waivers, etc.).

5. Use of Website & Online Learning Resources

✅ Unauthorized access, hacking attempts, or misuse of website resources is strictly prohibited.

📌 Intellectual Property Rights:

✅ No individual or organization may copy, distribute, or sell our content without permission.

🚨 Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

6. Affiliate Program Terms

📌 Affiliates agree to:
✅ Promote the program ethically and responsibly.
✅ Submit referrals only via the official affiliate tracking system.
✅ Receive compensation only after successful student admissions.

🚨 Unethical marketing, misrepresentation, or fraudulent activities will result in immediate disqualification from the affiliate program.

📌 Affiliate Payout Conditions:
✅ No direct fee collection from students—all payments must go through official channels.
✅ Affiliates must follow official branding & promotional guidelines.
✅ Compensation structure may be revised annually based on performance.

🚨 PU Integrated NEET Residential Campus reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time due to non-compliance.

7. Limitation of Liability

🚨 The institution is NOT responsible for:
❌ Failure of students to achieve success due to non-compliance or lack of effort.
❌ Personal property loss/damage within campus premises.
❌ Any false information provided by affiliates or external parties.

📌 While we guarantee structured learning & compliance-driven success, students and parents must adhere to the system for optimal results.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

📌 In case of disputes, the following resolution process applies:
✅ Step 1: Submit a written grievance to the administration.
✅ Step 2: Management will review and provide a resolution within 15 working days.
✅ Step 3: If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to legal authorities.

📌 Jurisdiction:
✅ Any legal disputes shall be subject to the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

🚨 Students and parents waive the right to any claims against the institution once they agree to these terms and complete the admission process.

9. Changes to These Terms
