1. Introduction

At PU Integrated NEET Residential Campus, we do not just aim to help students clear NEET; we guarantee that every committed student will achieve a 550+ score—the minimum required for securing a government medical college seat in Karnataka.

This 550+ Score Guarantee Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and compliance requirements for students to be eligible for our performance-based financial benefits, including the Repeater Year Fee Waiver.

📌 This policy applies only to students enrolled for the full two-year program (1st PU + 2nd PU with NEET Coaching).

By enrolling, students and parents agree to adhere to the structured routine, compliance system, and academic expectations that ensure guaranteed results.

2. What We Guarantee

✅ A Minimum Score of 550+ in NEET for every student who follows the system diligently.
✅ Structured Academic Excellence – Learning methodologies designed to enhance understanding, retention, and recall.
✅ Expert-Guided Training & Competency Development – Faculty, mentors, and resident experts actively guiding students.
✅ Holistic Routine for Peak Mental & Physical Performance – Yoga, nutrition, structured rest, and gadget-free learning.

📌 If a student meets the compliance criteria but still does not achieve 550+, they will be eligible for financial benefits in the form of fee waivers for additional years.

3. Eligibility Criteria for 550+ Score Guarantee

To qualify for the guarantee, students must:

✅ Be enrolled in the full two-year PU Integrated NEET Residential Program.
✅ Maintain a minimum of 95% compliance score on our monitoring system.
✅ Follow the structured daily routine, including all academic, fitness, and wellness activities.
✅ Appear for all internal assessments and full-length mock tests without any exemptions.
✅ Implement post-test learning strategies as guided by faculty.
✅ Have no record of disciplinary violations, including compliance breaches.

🚨 Failure to meet any of the above criteria will result in ineligibility for the 550+ score guarantee.

4. Fee Waiver for Repeaters (If 550+ is Not Achieved)

If a student completes the full two-year program with 95% compliance but still does not secure 550+ in NEET, they will be provided with:

📌 Repeater Year 1 Fee Discount:

  • Flat 65% discount on the total annual fee for one additional year.

📌 Repeater Year 2 Fee Waiver:

  • If the student still does not achieve 550+ after one additional year, they will receive a 100% fee waiver for the second repeater year.

📌 How This Works:

  • The student must continue to maintain 95% compliance during the repeater years.

  • No additional discounts will be granted if compliance drops below 95%.

  • The fee waiver applies only to tuition, hostel, and training—personal expenses remain the responsibility of the student.

🚨 This guarantee does NOT apply to students who take admission only for the 2nd PU or repeater program without completing the full two-year journey.

5. How Compliance is Monitored

📌 Daily Attendance & Routine Adherence:

  • Students are required to follow the structured daily schedule (learning hours, rest cycles, fitness, nutrition).

📌 Academic Engagement Tracking:

  • Students must complete all assignments, revision plans, and true assessments as per faculty instructions.

📌 Mock Test Performance & Feedback Implementation:

  • Every student must appear for all scheduled tests and complete post-test improvement plans.

📌 Behavior & Discipline Monitoring:

  • Students must abide by the campus discipline policies, including the no-gadget policy and academic honesty.

🚨 Students falling below 95% compliance for even one term will be disqualified from the 550+ guarantee and the associated financial benefits.

6. Exclusions & Special Conditions

📌 The 550+ score guarantee does NOT apply if:
❌ The student fails to maintain 95% compliance.
❌ The student skips or refuses to appear for tests conducted by the institution.
❌ The student is involved in disciplinary violations (including non-adherence to hostel rules, unauthorized communication with external individuals, or disruptive behavior).
❌ The student does not follow post-test learning strategies to improve their weak areas.
❌ The student chooses to leave the program mid-way due to personal reasons.

🚨 This guarantee is valid ONLY for students who complete the entire structured two-year journey as designed.

Compliance Monitoring Policy

1. Introduction

At PU Integrated NEET Residential Campus, we have designed a scientifically structured system that guarantees NEET success for every student who follows it with discipline and commitment.

To ensure that students maximize their learning potential, we have implemented a Compliance Monitoring System (CMS) that tracks attendance, study routines, assessments, behavior, and overall engagement.

This policy explains how compliance is monitored, why it matters, and the impact of compliance on student success and eligibility for the 550+ Score Guarantee.

📌 Compliance Monitoring is NOT about grades—it is about following the structured process that guarantees results.

By enrolling, students and parents agree to this monitoring system as a necessary requirement for success.

2. What is Compliance Monitoring?

📌 Compliance Monitoring is a structured system that ensures students:
✅ Follow the daily routine with 95% adherence.
✅ Engage in scheduled learning hours (10-11 hours per day).
✅ Attend all assessments, including practice tests and post-test learning.
✅ Follow the structured revision system & learning methodology.
✅ Participate in health & wellness activities (yoga, fitness, mental conditioning).
✅ Maintain a disciplined lifestyle in line with hostel & academic regulations.

🚨 Students must maintain a 95% compliance score to remain eligible for:

  • The 550+ Score Guarantee

  • Performance-based Repeater Year Fee Waivers

3. How Compliance is Measured?

We track student compliance using multiple parameters to ensure every student stays on the right path to success.

📌 Compliance Monitoring Metrics:

Category

Key Requirements

Weightage (%)

Attendance & Punctuality

✔ 100% attendance in academic sessions, yoga, fitness, assessments, mentoring.

30%

Daily Study Routine Adherence

✔ Completion of assigned tasks, independent learning, and self-study as per schedule.

25%

Assessment Participation

✔ Appearing for all internal tests, post-test analysis, and implementation of improvement plans.

20%

Discipline & Behavioral Compliance

✔ Following hostel & classroom rules, respectful behavior, adherence to the no-gadget policy.

15%

Health & Wellness Engagement

✔ Yoga, fitness activities, mental conditioning, balanced diet compliance.

10%

📌 A minimum 95% cumulative compliance score is required to qualify for:

  • The 550+ Score Guarantee

  • Repeater Fee Waivers (if required)

🚨 Falling below 95% compliance will result in disqualification from the guarantee and other benefits.

4. Compliance Monitoring Process

📌 Daily Tracking

  • Attendance is recorded at every session (academic, yoga, assessments, mentoring).

  • Digital & manual logs track study session adherence.

📌 Weekly Reports

  • Students receive weekly compliance reports showing their performance & adherence score.

  • Parents receive fortnightly updates on their child’s compliance.

📌 Monthly Compliance Review

  • Faculty, mentors, and resident experts review compliance scores monthly.

  • If a student falls below 95% compliance, they receive a warning & corrective plan.

📌 Compliance Improvement Support

  • Students who struggle with compliance are given additional support through habit coaching & mentoring.

  • Non-disciplinary reasons for non-compliance (health, personal challenges) are reviewed for special consideration.

📌 Parental Involvement

  • Parents receive detailed compliance reports and are expected to support their child’s adherence to the system.

5. Consequences of Non-Compliance

📌 First Warning (Below 95% Compliance for One Term)

  • Student receives a written notice with specific improvement areas.

  • A corrective action plan is implemented with faculty support.

📌 Second Warning (Below 95% Compliance for Two Consecutive Terms)

  • Student loses eligibility for the 550+ Score Guarantee.

  • Parents are formally informed about non-compliance.

📌 Final Action (Chronic Non-Compliance Below 90%)

  • Student may face suspension from structured sessions and re-evaluation of admission status.

🚨 Failure to follow the system consistently indicates that the student is not committed to the structured process required for NEET success.

6. Common Misconceptions About Compliance Monitoring

📌 ❌ Myth: "Compliance means high marks in every test."
✅ Truth: Compliance is about consistent learning efforts and process adherence, not just test scores.

📌 ❌ Myth: "My child studies late at night, so morning attendance shouldn’t matter."
✅ Truth: The structured sleep-wake cycle is a key component of peak brain function and is scientifically backed for better memory retention.

📌 ❌ Myth: "Missing a few classes won’t make a difference."
✅ Truth: Every missed session adds up, breaking the structured cycle of reinforcement and revision.

📌 ❌ Myth: "This is too strict. My child should study at their own pace."
✅ Truth: Self-discipline and structured preparation are what differentiate NEET rankers from average students.

7. Special Considerations for Compliance Monitoring

📌 Medical Exceptions

  • Students with genuine medical conditions (backed by official medical documentation) will receive reasonable flexibility in compliance requirements.

  • However, missed sessions must be compensated with structured recovery plans.

📌 Unavoidable Personal Emergencies

  • In case of family emergencies, compliance relaxation may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

  • Parents must formally communicate any such situations to the administration.

🚨 These exceptions will not affect the 550+ guarantee eligibility as long as the student compensates for missed sessions.

8. Legal Disclaimer

  • By enrolling, students and parents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Compliance Monitoring Policy.

  • PU Integrated NEET Residential Campus reserves the right to modify compliance requirements as needed.

  • No financial refunds or program adjustments will be made for students who fail to meet compliance requirements.

Academic Excellence Policy

1. Introduction

At PU Integrated NEET Residential Campus, we believe that academic success is not just about studying hard, but about studying smart. Our unique academic excellence framework is designed to:

✅ Transform students into independent learners
✅ Eliminate ineffective rote learning methods
✅ Equip students with advanced problem-solving skills
✅ Ensure a structured approach to mastering NEET concepts

This Academic Excellence Policy outlines the learning methodologies, assessment strategies, and student expectations to ensure a high-performance academic environment.

By enrolling, students and parents agree to follow our structured academic system, which guarantees NEET success through disciplined learning strategies.

2. The PU Integrated NEET Residential Campus Learning Model

📌 Key Academic Strategies for Success

✅ Multilevel Learning System – Concepts are revisited multiple times through structured learning phases.
✅ Multiperspective Notes-Making – Students learn how to create high-retention revision notes.
✅ Effective Revision Tools – Ensuring long-term retention through scientifically proven revision techniques.
✅ True Assessments & Post-Test Learning – Assessments are used as a tool for improvement, not just evaluation.
✅ Performance Optimization & Exam Strategies – Students master time management, test-taking strategies, and high-stakes performance techniques.

🚨 Traditional coaching centers focus only on teaching content.
📌 We go beyond that—we teach students how to learn effectively, ensuring long-term success.

3. Academic Routine & Structured Learning Approach

📌 The daily academic structure ensures deep learning, retention, and application of knowledge.

Time Slot

Academic Activity

Purpose

6:30 AM - 8:30 AM

Learning Session 1

Concept introduction & structured self-learning

9:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Learning Session 2

Application of concepts & guided mentoring

2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Learning Session 3

Problem-solving, active recall, & practice tests

5:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Learning Session 4

Subject-wise assessments & post-test analysis

9:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Learning Session 5

Revision, error analysis, & strategy improvement

📌 Why This Structure Works
✅ Maximizes memory retention through spaced repetition & active recall.
✅ Builds problem-solving skills through structured problem practice.
✅ Ensures post-test learning, eliminating ineffective last-minute cramming.

🚨 This approach guarantees deep understanding, eliminating the need for memorization-based studying.

4. Multilevel Learning & Self-Learning Mastery

📌 Our goal is to make students self-sufficient learners.

✅ Phase 1: Concept Understanding – Learning through structured explanations & real-world applications.
✅ Phase 2: Self-Reflection & Notes-Making – Creating multiperspective notes that reinforce understanding.
✅ Phase 3: Active Problem Solving – Applying concepts through guided practice & case-based learning.
✅ Phase 4: True Assessment & Error Correction – Identifying weaknesses and correcting misconceptions.
✅ Phase 5: Strategy Refinement – Developing exam-specific techniques for time optimization.

🚨 Most coaching centers encourage passive learning (just listening to lectures).
📌 We train students to actively engage with the material, ensuring true mastery.

5. The Science Behind Our Learning System

📌 Scientific Research on Effective Learning

  • Active recall improves retention by 50% compared to passive learning. [(Source: Cognitive Neuroscience Journal)]

  • Spaced repetition ensures long-term memory storage. [(Source: Harvard Learning Sciences)]

  • Post-test learning leads to 40% higher performance in final exams. [(Source: Journal of Experimental Psychology)]

📌 Why Traditional Coaching Methods Fail
❌ Excessive focus on lectures with no reinforcement
❌ No structured post-test learning process
❌ Heavy dependence on memorization instead of concept mastery

🚨 At PU Integrated NEET Residential Campus, we scientifically optimize the learning process to ensure high retention and application.

6. True Assessment & Post-Test Learning Strategy

🚨 Unlike most coaching programs, we focus heavily on learning AFTER tests, not before.

✅ Step 1: Attempt the Test – Simulating real exam conditions.
✅ Step 2: Error Analysis – Identifying mistakes & conceptual gaps.
✅ Step 3: Corrective Action – Revisiting weak areas and reinforcing concepts.
✅ Step 4: Re-Test & Performance Tracking – Ensuring long-term mastery of problem areas.

📌 Why This Works:

  • Students remember 3x more when they correct mistakes themselves.

  • Focus shifts from test scores to continuous improvement.

  • Eliminates pre-test anxiety by shifting the emphasis to post-test learning.

🚨 Most NEET students focus only on preparing before tests. We train them to use tests as a tool for learning and improvement.

7. Developing Exam Strategy & Performance Optimization

📌 We don’t just teach subjects—we teach students how to excel in exams.

✅ Time Optimization Strategies – Managing time per question to avoid unnecessary delays.
✅ Eliminating Exam Anxiety – Training the brain to stay calm under pressure.
✅ Developing Intelligent Guessing Skills – Eliminating wrong answer choices systematically.
✅ Simulating NEET-like Conditions – Ensuring students are comfortable under real exam stress.

📌 Why This Is Critical
🚨 Most students struggle with NEET not because they don’t know the material, but because they don’t know how to manage time and pressure.

8. Faculty & Mentoring System

📌 Expert Support for Every Student

  • Senior professors & NEET subject experts guide students.

  • Mentors (medical students) provide peer support & motivation.

  • Performance Coaches train students on mental focus & exam strategy.

🚨 Our teachers don’t just teach—they transform students into better learners.

📌 Why This Approach Works
✅ Develops independent thinking skills.
✅ Removes reliance on spoon-feeding.
✅ Prepares students for self-learning in medical college.

9. Compliance Expectations & Performance Tracking

📌 To be eligible for the 550+ Score Guarantee, students must:
✅ Attend all scheduled learning sessions.
✅ Follow post-test learning & corrective strategies.
✅ Maintain 95% compliance in academic engagement.

🚨 Skipping sessions or failing to engage in structured learning will impact compliance scores and eligibility for financial benefits.

10. Legal Disclaimer

  • By enrolling, students and parents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Academic Excellence Policy.

  • The institution reserves the right to modify academic strategies based on updated research and NEET trends.

Parental Communication & Visit Policy

1. Introduction

At PU Integrated NEET Residential Campus, we recognize that parental involvement is essential in a child’s academic journey. However, we also understand that excessive parental interference or emotional dependency can disrupt a student’s focus, discipline, and ability to build self-reliance.

📌 This policy is designed to:
✅ Ensure structured parental communication without disturbing the student’s routine.
✅ Encourage students to develop independence and self-discipline.
✅ Maintain a distraction-free learning environment.
✅ Facilitate transparent parent updates through scheduled reports and visits.

By enrolling, parents and students agree to adhere to this structured communication plan.

🚨 Unscheduled visits and excessive communication requests will not be entertained.

2. Parental Visit Policy

📌 Scheduled Visits:
✅ Parents may visit students once every two weeks (alternate Sundays).
✅ Visiting hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Strictly within the scheduled time).
✅ Parents must pre-register their visit at least 3 days in advance through the online parent portal.

📌 Visitation Rules:
✅ Parents can meet students only in designated areas (visitors’ lounge, outdoor garden).
✅ Parents CANNOT take students outside the campus during visits.
✅ Discussions should be positive and motivating to avoid emotional distress for the student.

🚨 Unscheduled or excessive visits can impact the student’s compliance score.

3. Parent-Student Communication Policy

📌 Fortnightly Phone Calls:
✅ Students can speak with parents every alternate Sunday on scheduled call slots.
✅ Calls will be made via campus landline phones (no personal mobile phones allowed).
✅ Call duration: Maximum 15 minutes per session.

📌 Emergency Communication:
✅ Parents can contact the campus helpline for emergencies.
✅ If required, students will be given special access to communicate with parents.

🚨 Parents are advised to trust the structured system and avoid unnecessary emotional interference.

4. How Parents Stay Updated on Student Progress

📌 Weekly Compliance Reports
✅ Parents receive weekly email reports on:

  • Attendance & routine compliance

  • Assessment scores & academic engagement

  • Behavior & discipline updates

📌 Monthly Parent Webinars
✅ Dr. Varun Murthy & faculty members conduct monthly sessions to:

  • Update parents on academic progress.

  • Address common concerns.

  • Provide insights on NEET preparation strategies.

📌 Quarterly Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)
✅ Parents are invited for PTMs every 3 months to discuss student performance.

🚨 Parents are encouraged to rely on these structured updates rather than frequent direct communication.

5. Reasons for Strict Communication Limits

🚨 Why We Restrict Parent-Student Communication?

📌 Scientific Research on Student Independence:

  • Over-involvement of parents leads to increased anxiety & dependency. [(Source: American Psychological Association)]

  • Students perform better academically when they develop self-reliance. [(Source: Journal of Child Development)]

  • Frequent distractions reduce deep focus & learning efficiency.

📌 How Limited Communication Helps Students:
✅ Encourages self-discipline & problem-solving skills.
✅ Reduces emotional distractions & dependency.
✅ Ensures complete academic immersion & focus.

🚨 Unrestricted calls and frequent emotional conversations often lead to stress, homesickness, and reduced focus on studies.

6. Parental Responsibility & Support

📌 What Parents Should Do:
✅ Trust the system and avoid unnecessary emotional concerns.
✅ Encourage independence instead of constant monitoring.
✅ Reinforce discipline by supporting compliance rules.

📌 What Parents Should Avoid:
❌ Do NOT request frequent calls—it weakens student focus.
❌ Do NOT give hidden gadgets to students—this leads to compliance violations.
❌ Do NOT question every small issue—allow students to develop resilience.

🚨 Parental non-compliance (interfering with campus policies) may lead to restricted visits.

7. Special Considerations for Parental Communication

📌 Medical Emergencies:
✅ In case of illness, parents will be contacted immediately.
✅ Special permissions for extra calls/visits will be granted in genuine medical cases.

📌 Exceptional Situations (Family Emergencies, Bereavement, etc.)
✅ Parents can apply for special communication sessions in case of urgent family matters.
✅ Approval is subject to campus management discretion.

📌 Concerns About Student Well-being:
✅ Parents can email the Student Affairs Team for support or concerns.
✅ Our counselors provide regular well-being checks for all students.

🚨 Non-emergency communication requests will NOT be entertained outside designated slots.

8. Legal Disclaimer

  • By enrolling, students and parents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Parental Communication & Visit Policy.

  • The institution reserves the right to modify communication guidelines based on academic requirements.

  • Non-compliance with this policy may result in restricted access to campus visits or calls.

Fee Waiver & Scholarship Policy (For Repeaters)

1. Introduction

At PU Integrated NEET Residential Campus, we understand that not all students achieve their desired NEET score on their first attempt. Our commitment is not just to help students clear NEET, but to ensure they achieve a score of 550+, securing a government medical seat.

📌 To support dedicated students who need extra preparation time, we offer a structured performance-based Fee Waiver for Repeaters.

✅ Repeater Year 1 – 65% Flat Fee Discount
✅ Repeater Year 2 – 100% Full Fee Waiver

This policy outlines eligibility, terms, and conditions for students who wish to continue with us for an additional year(s) to achieve their NEET success.

🚨 This is NOT a general scholarship program—it is a performance-based financial support system for students who comply with our academic structure.

By enrolling, students and parents agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Who is Eligible for the Fee Waiver?

📌 To qualify for the Fee Waiver, students must meet ALL the following criteria:

✅ Must have completed the FULL two-year PU Integrated NEET Residential Program.
✅ Must have followed all academic guidelines & discipline policies.
✅ Must have achieved a 95%+ Compliance Score (Attendance, Routine, Test Participation, and Academic Engagement).
✅ Must have appeared for NEET and obtained a score below 550, despite full compliance.
✅ Must not have been involved in disciplinary violations.

🚨 Students who fail to meet compliance or violate hostel/academic policies will NOT be eligible.

📌 Why This Structure?

  • Most institutions offer only coaching without accountability—we take responsibility for student success.

  • We recognize that some students require more time to refine their preparation, and we provide structured financial assistance for them.

3. Breakdown of Fee Waiver for Repeaters

📌 If a student meets all compliance requirements but does not achieve 550+ in NEET, they are eligible for the following benefits:

Repeater Year

Fee Discount

Total Fee Payable

Repeater Year 1

Flat 65% Discount

₹1,22,500 (instead of ₹3,50,000)

Repeater Year 2

100% Full Fee Waiver

₹0 (No Fee Payable)

🚨 This structure ensures that students who put in consistent effort are NOT financially burdened for extra preparation time.

📌 How This Works:

  • The student must enroll for the repeater program immediately after their first NEET attempt.

  • Fee discounts are automatically applied upon meeting eligibility conditions.

  • There are NO additional hidden costs—the waiver covers tuition, hostel, and structured coaching.

4. Compliance Requirements for Repeater Fee Waiver

📌 Repeater Year students MUST:
✅ Maintain 95% compliance in attendance, routine adherence, and assessments.
✅ Follow the same structured learning and discipline policies as regular students.
✅ Take full-length NEET practice tests as per schedule.
✅ Show improvement and commitment to achieving 550+ in NEET.

🚨 Non-compliance will lead to immediate cancellation of the fee waiver.

📌 Why Compliance Matters?

  • Students who fully engage in structured learning see a 30-40% improvement in scores. [(Source: National Institute of Educational Research)]

  • Repeater success is NOT just about extra time—it’s about following the right process.

🚨 If a student does not engage fully, additional preparation time becomes ineffective.

5. Exclusions & Special Conditions

📌 The Fee Waiver DOES NOT apply if:
❌ The student fails to maintain a 95% Compliance Score.
❌ The student skips assessments, tests, or scheduled academic activities.
❌ The student chooses to leave the program mid-way for any reason.
❌ The student is involved in disciplinary violations (non-compliance, misconduct, unauthorized leave).

📌 Exceptions (On a Case-by-Case Basis):
✅ If the student had a genuine medical emergency that affected performance, the case will be reviewed by the academic board.
✅ Special consideration may be given for documented family emergencies.

🚨 However, approval of exceptions is at the discretion of the campus management.

6. How to Apply for the Repeater Fee Waiver

📌 Step-by-Step Application Process:

✅ Step 1: Submit a formal Repeater Year Application within 7 days of receiving NEET results.
✅ Step 2: The compliance team will verify attendance, test participation, and discipline records.
✅ Step 3: Upon approval, the fee waiver is automatically applied.
✅ Step 4: The student continues into the repeater batch with structured learning support.

🚨 Failure to apply within the deadline will result in forfeiture of the fee waiver benefit.

7. Why This Fee Waiver Policy is Unique

📌 How Our Approach is Different from Other Institutions:

Our Model

Other Institutes

Performance-Based Financial Support

❌ No financial aid—full fees are charged

Ensures students achieve 550+ (Govt. College Seat)

❌ No specific score guarantee

Accountability for academic success

❌ Students are left on their own after failure

Scientifically structured preparation process

❌ Repeating is often unstructured

🚨 Most NEET coaching centers charge FULL FEES for repeaters. We take accountability for student success by providing financial relief.

📌 We believe that financial constraints should NEVER stop a hardworking student from achieving their medical dream.

8. Legal Disclaimer

  • By enrolling, students and parents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Fee Waiver & Scholarship Policy.

  • The institution reserves the right to modify the eligibility criteria based on academic performance reviews.

  • Non-compliance with the structured system will result in cancellation of the waiver benefits.

🚨 Fee waivers are granted as a privilege, not an entitlement, and are based on demonstrated commitment to academic success.
