Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At PU Integrated NEET Residential Campus, we maintain a transparent and structured fee policy to ensure fairness to all students and parents. Since admissions are based on a highly structured, performance-driven model, we have a strict non-refundable policy for all payments made.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which any fees may be refunded, canceled, or adjusted.

By making a payment, parents and students agree to abide by this policy and acknowledge the non-refundable nature of payments except under certain conditions explicitly stated below.

 

2. Non-Refundable Registration Fee

📌 ₹25,000/- registration fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
📌 The registration fee ensures seat reservation and covers administrative & processing costs.
📌 This amount is NOT adjusted against the total course fee if a student decides to withdraw.

🚨 Exception: If the student fails to meet the 70% eligibility requirement in 10th Standard, ₹5,000 will be deducted as an administrative fee, and ₹20,000 will be refunded.

 

3. Full Fee Refund (Applicable Only for Ineligibility Cases)

A full refund (minus ₹5,000 admin charges) is applicable ONLY under the following condition:

✅ If the student fails to meet the minimum 70% aggregate score in 10th Standard and is deemed ineligible for admission.

📌 Process for Refund (If Eligible):

  • The student must submit a refund request within 10 days of result declaration.

  • The admission team will verify the mark sheet and process the refund within 15 working days.

🚨 No refund will be processed if the request is made beyond 10 days from the result declaration.

 

4. No Refund After Admission Confirmation

Once a student completes the admission process and pays the full or first installment of the annual fee, NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances.

📌 Non-refundable conditions include but are not limited to:
❌ Student withdrawal for personal reasons (relocation, change of plans, etc.)
❌ Student decides to join another institute after fee payment
❌ Failure to adjust to the structured, disciplined environment of the campus
❌ Parent financial situation changes after fee payment
❌ Student expulsion due to non-compliance with campus policies
❌ Non-utilization of coaching or hostel facilities after admission

 

5. Partial Refund (Only for Documented Exceptional Cases)

Refund requests may be considered under rare and exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the management.

📌 Valid cases for partial refund (must provide supporting documents):
✅ Severe Medical Emergency – If the student has a serious, certified medical condition preventing them from continuing education.
✅ Unavoidable Family Tragedy – In case of the sudden passing of a parent/guardian leading to financial hardship.
✅ Other Extreme Situations – Subject to review by the institution’s management board.

📌 Process for Requesting a Partial Refund:

  1. A formal written request must be submitted within 7 days of withdrawal, along with supporting documents.

  2. The request will be reviewed by the institution’s management.

  3. If approved, the refund will be subject to deductions based on the time spent in the program.

🚨 Important: The decision of the management on refund requests is final and binding.

 

6. Fee Transfer & Adjustment Policy

❌ No transfer of fees to another student or sibling.
❌ No adjustment of the fee towards other courses, batches, or academic years.

 

7. Refund Timeline (For Eligible Cases Only)

📌 If a refund is approved under the exceptional cases listed above, it will be processed as follows:

✅ Within 15 working days of approval (processed via original mode of payment).
✅ Parents will receive an email confirmation and tracking ID for the refund request.
✅ Refunds will be made only to the original payer’s account (no third-party transfers).

 

8. Compliance-Based Fee Commitment

📌 Refunds are NOT applicable for students who:

  • Fail to comply with the structured daily routine, attendance, and discipline requirements.

  • Violate the no-gadget policy, compliance monitoring system, or hostel rules.

  • Are suspended or expelled due to consistent non-compliance.

🚨 Students must maintain a 95% compliance score to be eligible for any performance-based benefits.

 

9. Legal Disclaimer

  • By making a payment, students and parents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • All decisions made by PU Integrated NEET Residential Campus management regarding refunds are final and non-contestable.

  • This policy is subject to revision as per institutional guidelines, and any changes will be updated on the official website.
